In today's program, Dr. Reminga from Northern Foot Care Center, begins a 2-Part Series providing answers to questions from listeners about their foot concerns. There are always interesting questions that are asked by the listeners of Dr. Reminga’s weekly radio show.

In Part 1 of the series, Dr. Reminga answers a listener's question about heel pain and identifies the possible causes of this painful condition. He discusses the various types of heel pain such as heel calluses, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, bursitis, and diabetic foot complications.

Another listener asks Dr. Reminga to answer their question about ingrown toenails and the best way to cut toenails correctly. The answer to this question will be helpful to anyone that cuts their own nails. Dr. Reminga cautions diabetics to call his office for this type of treatment due to the possible complications that diabetics can encounter such as cuts and infections.
