Most people don't think that their diet can affect the health of their feet. The truth is... the condition of your feet can actually tell you a lot about your overall health and indicate a lack of certain food groups or vitamins in your diet. Typically, when discussing the benefits of proper nutrition, most people look at weight management, or heart health. However, proper nutrition can also impact the health of your feet.
