Has anyone ever made the comment "Move It, Or Lose It" to you? When this statement is made, it's a prompt to get moving or... there may be consequences. The same is true when it comes to our bodies. Movement is a powerful force and something we all need to do at the best of our ability. Dr. Reminga talks about the importance of movement and how it affects our bodies overall. There are many health benefits when we keep moving... benefits to our heart and cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, and other areas of our general health that Dr. Reminga references. How do we start moving more or begin an exercise program if our feet won't let us due to foot and and ankle problems? In this week's program Dr. Reminga answers this question and discusses problems such as Heel Pain, Heel Spurs, Metatarsalgia, Morton's Neuroma, and how a person's foot type can predispose them to foot and ankle problems. Moving our feet is important so we don't lose our good health.

Dr. Daniel Reminga's Weekly Radio Show "Your Feet Your Health" airs every Wednesday at 10 am & 5 pm on WKMJ 93.5FM, WMPL 920AM, WUPY 101.1FM radio. Listen to past recordings here.
