With New Years approaching we start to think about working out to get fit. In today's program, Dr. Reminga talks about foot related issues while at the gym. This may be the scenario for many people in the next month… you decide, and I mean you REALLY commit to spend more time at the gym. As you start your exercise program you begin to feel the excitement of a healthier new lifestyle. But just as you enter that euphoric work-out zone… you’re lofty plan is derailed by achy feet, corns, calluses, blisters, or maybe even a foot injury that not only brings your fitness goals to a screeching halt but... can make walking to take out the weekly trash, a painful experience.

Keeping feet healthy and comfortable when setting a long-term fitness goal is important. When it comes to your feet, the small... seemingly insignificant foot problems that probably don’t bother you during a normal day’s activities... can suddenly become a very big problem when placing significant stress on your feet as you start to exercise. Dr. Reminga answers some important questions in today's program like... "What can you do to reduce the risks of work-out related foot problems?" Also, "Is it important to have your feet evaluated BEFORE starting an exercise program?" If so... why?

Are you going to set a goal for getting fit in 2017? Today's program will motivate you and help you get started with healthy feet that carry you to your goal.
