In today's program, Dr. Reminga talks about strategies for taking care of your feet to help insure an enjoyable hiking season. After a long winter, the weather forecast final signals the "all clear"... hikers are anxious to get moving. With this anticipation and the desire to get going, hikers can make decisions that could take a toll when it comes to their feet. Imagine this scenario...
